Return & Replacement Policy
We only accept returns for replacement if the item (or any of it's components) we have delivered is incorrect or defective.
Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt and contact us right away if you believe we have sent you the incorrect item. This allows us to evaluate the issue and arrange a replacement.
To initiate a return for replacement based on incorrect delivery, you must contact us via email or phone within 24 hours of receiving your order:

Replacement Process
If your return is approved based on the criteria above, we will process a replacement:
- Approval: We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected the returned item. If the return is approved, we will immediately arrange to send you a replacement kit.
- Processing: Replacements are subject to stock availability. If the item is out of stock, we will contact you to discuss an alternative replacement kit of equal value.
Non-Returnable Items (Exclusions)
We cannot accept returns or offer replacements for:
- Custom products (such as special orders or personalised kits)
- Sale items or gift cards
